We have loved bringing up two teenage daughters in our spacious home, with its easy accessibility to town, country and seaside, being only 5 - 10 mins to Chichester, the beach or a walk in open countryside. Having a regular bus service in to Chichester has also been a real plus for the girls and it's only a 20 minute cycle ride to the City!
Runcton is a lovely village with a fantastic farm shop and the Close has a real community spirit, we've had a few gatherings and parties over the years! We now wish to down size, but the house has been wonderful for entertaining and fantastically adaptable to our needs over the years and I am sure it will be equally as perfect for the next owners.
