I've lived here very happily for over 35 years, enjoying the property's outstanding location, specification and nearby facilities including the three mile long sandy beach, several sports and sailing clubs.

I've hosted many BBQ's for my friends and IBM work colleagues and their children here in the large secluded garden and the thirteen sets of patio or folding/ sliding doors allowed them to wander in and out at will.
My friends now bring their grandchildren too (often at the kids request) to spend a few days at the seaside.
