We have extended the property by quite a bit since we’ve been here, mostly down to being a larger family and having the space has been brilliant. There’s plenty of different rooms up and downstairs for everyone to have their own place to use. We felt it was important for all the children to have their own bedrooms but if you wanted to make a couple of them bigger instead, this would be more than possible. The flexibility has to be one of the biggest selling points here.

In an estate location you would expect to be overlooked but that isn’t the case here. We are lucky with the position the house is in and something we now couldn’t live without.
