When we first came to view our home we just couldn't believe that a house could offer so much - with a layout that really suited our needs. Traditionally town houses offer a kitchen on one floor and a living room on another, so the reason we loved this house was that those rooms were all on the one floor with the main bedrooms on the upper levels. Since being here we have set about refurbishing and remodelling the property to be modern but inclusive of our growing family needs, redecorating all over and even converting the garage. Our son goes to the Avenue Primary Academy which is currently one of the top schools in the borough so any families will love the location. We will be sad to leave after having lived here happily over 13 years.
