We originally bought the house for its flexible living accommodation as it suited us well, as at the time we had our mother staying so she was able to have her own space.
We love the fact that we are so close to everything not only that we need such as local shops and supermarkets but also everything that we want like the seafront and our favourite bars and restaurants which are all within a short walk for us.
We love the house and the size of the garden and the fact it is not really overlooked. We will be sad to leave as we have such fantastic neighbours but we no longer need such big house.
