This property has been a fantastic family home and we have lived here happily for over 50 years. The neighbours are lovely and the location has been ideal for us over the years.

We extended the house in the early 70’s to provide room for our four children and us to live comfortably. The boiler was replaced around 4 years ago and we also had both the loft and cavity walls insulated. We recently replaced the kitchen to suit our needs.

We have decided that now is the right time for us to move closer to our son in Newbury and buy a smaller more manageable property.
