When we bought this house, we had 4 children at home and so we needed a good amount of space and being able to give them a bedroom each was great to be able to do. Since we've owned the property, we have extensively modernised the house from block paving the driveway at the front to having a new kitchen, bathroom and shower room installed. We have redecorated throughout on several occasions and have also recently re-carpeted. We also replaced the existing conservatory with uPVC units and this open plan space to the dining area has meant that we have been able to work from home child minding. We also bought an additional piece of land which really adds to the garden and it has given us a fantastic space that is ideal for a family.
