DIRECTIONS Leaving the High Street towards Exeter, turn right just before the Shell fuel garage, as signed to Fordton, Hookway and Golf Course. Follow the road through Fordton and over a river bridge. At the top of the hill turn left at the crossroads, as signed to the Golf Course. Proceed along the country lane, passing the Golf Course (on your left), and take the next right turning into Hookway.   Proceed to the very end of the lane, and the house will be found on your left.
