We were delighted when we bought this home with having 4 children as it had all we wanted, great local schools, the park opposite which is still a pleasure today to overlook and being central to Sutton & Carshalton high street with trains into London just a short walk away. With the children growing we extended to a 5 bed but there is further scope to extend. We will truly miss it here and hope the new owners will enjoy living here as we have for years to come.
