TRIP ADVISOR REVIEWS
“The best B & B i had seen so far - Excellent location, good hosts, Excellent food”

'I can say that Kingston guest house is the best B & B one can expect in the central location of Grantham. Everything that you need is in reach and walk-able from the guest house. The guest house is so cleanly maintained'

“Home comforts - reasonable price”

'Comfortable room and very nice breakfast. Only a short walk from the station and convenient for the town centre. Steve was a genial and generous host. WIfi fi as promised, nice shower room with plenty soap and shampoo and a nice comfortable bed. Would certainly recommend.'

“It was a pleasure to pay for our stay”

this is a great B&B, it is well located, the room we stayed in (room 2) was a good size and perfectly furnished. It had a lovely bed, lovely duvet and the softest covers and sheets I have ever sleep in. The en suite is perfectly adequate.
However this is not the main attraction, the host and hostess are. They really make you stay at the Kingston a special one.
Breakfast it fit for a king

We love to stay in quirky little places when we go away and I would put the Kingston in this category. We were fortunate enough to get a room here about half an hour before we arrived by phoning for availability (although late rooms reported no availability - always call!) and were very pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation The staff met us at the door and were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with an en suite and nice big windows. The bed was also very comfy, with good wardrobe space and a small flat screen TV. The location of the B&B is excellent, only a few minutes walk from the bars and pubs in the centre of town.

Breakfast the next morning was nice, and the staff were trusting and chatty, which is always nice. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone.
