We have bought up our family here for the last fourteen years. We could see immediately that it was going to suit us perfectly although it only had three bedrooms then.

We put the extension on in 2004 which was perfect for our growing children and they loved going to the local schools.

Our cul-de-sac consists of only eight houses and all of our neighbours are lovely. We have thought about trying to get planning permission to extend further out to the side, but the time has come now for us to downsize so we'll leave that for the next owner to contemplate.
