A few years ago we were fortunate enough to be able to buy the house plot and have this property built.

We always liked the position as the garden has a southerly aspect with beautiful rolling hills and countryside views. It is in a very convenient position, within walking distance to Wootton village, Fishbourne Ferry terminal and the Yacht Club. Quarr Abbey and the surroundings offer wonderful walks right on the doorstep.

As one would expect with a modern house, this property is warm, low-maintenance, energy-efficient and a pleasure to live in. We love entertaining and have spent many an hour sitting on the terrace with friends, enjoying the views. The kitchen and dining area is the hub of the house – a very social space and a joy to cook in.
