DIRECTIONS
From Plymouth on the A38 go over the Tamar Bridge and under the tunnel up to Carkeel roundabout on the A38.  Cross straight over and continue along the A38 passing the village of Landrake.  After leaving the village of Landrake you will go down a gentle hill to the valley bottom where you will start to rise up the other side.   Upon levelling out and gently bearing left there will be a telephone exchange on your right.  Within a few hundred yards as you come to the brow of the hill leading down the A38 to Tideford there is a left hand turning which comes back sharply to the left leading onto the Parish road which within a few hundred yards Morvah entrance is on the right with its name plate on the gate. 

Alternatively you can turn off within the village of Landrake, past the Geoffrey Hall go right around the corner to the Bullers Arms public house and turn left for St.Erney. Go past the church and take the right hand fork at the top of the road by the old Methodist chapel.  Continue down this road to the first right hand turning past a small hamlet on the right.  Continue along this lane where you will go down into a valley and up the other side, pass a farm on the left and within 1/4 of a mile where there is a converted barn on the left, the turning for Morvah will be on the left.

SITUATION  
The property is situated between the villages of Landrake and Tideford just off the A38.   

The village of Landrake has a post office / general store, church, chapel, public house, primary school and an active village hall, whilst the village of Tideford has church, popular butchers shop, the Heskyn Mill restaurant and the well known public house the Rod & Line with extensive menu of local produce including sea foods and regular live music.
