Rezare is a tranquil, unspoilt, rural, hamlet on a warm south facing site, on the shoulder of the stunning River Inny Valley. Rezare centres around an informal village green with cut granite holy well.
Less than a mile to the west is the A388 Launceston to Callington road with the social commercial and shopping facilities of those two towns are equi-distant to the north and south. Further south beyond Callington is the city of Plymouth providing inter-city rail link and continental ferry port. From Launceston the city of Exeter is a further 42 miles to the east providing M5 motorway link, international airport and inter-city rail link
