We purchased this property brand new from the developer 20 years ago. We didn’t even know this road existed until passing and saw the new homes sign. Since being here we have kept on top of all the maintenance and have recently had our kitchen refitted, including a new boiler . We had the addition of the conservatory that we spend a lot of time in. We have had a lot of maintenance done outside too, including new soffits and fascias.
The neighbours here are lovely and we all look out for each other. Time has now come where we no longer need as much space. We have got our eye on another property that is being sold with no onward chain.
