This has been such a great family home and we have had such happy times here.

The thing that really appealed to us was the size of the lounge and the general location of the house with a west facing garden backing onto open fields, with rear access.

Being in the "village" of Ifield we are fortunate to have many local amenities such as 13th century church, village local pub, The Barn Theatre, cricket and tennis clubs and walking distance to town.

Over the years we have been lucky enough to have really good neighbours, part of a Neighbourhood Watch Scheme and great local schools and amenities.
