When we were looking for a house it was so hard to find one that had all the downstairs space we needed. Thankfully when we saw this one we knew that we could change the double garage into the games room, which we also use as a guest suite when we need to. This completely changed the house in our eyes. We have loved the kitchen/dining area and the location of the house is perfect. In Golden Green, you really feel that you are in the middle of nowhere, but in real terms you can drive back into Tonbridge in 5 minutes!
We have loved living here in the cul-de-sac as it is so quiet, and we hope that whoever lives here next will love it as much as we have.
