My wife and I had our home built to our specification 25 years ago.

The layout is designed to get the maximum benefit from the sun in the lounge and dining room all day, and the kitchen/breakfast room in the morning. It is a light and airy property with a large hall in the centre.

We have lived here with our two children, who both enjoyed playing in the large garden. My son also liked playing on the snooker table.

The children have now left home and my wife and I are both retired. We are now looking for a smaller house but staying within Yarmouth and Shalfleet area as this is a very pleasant quiet area to live.
