Description
Built by our client as his personal family residence in the late 1990's, this property exudes quality with it's Penrhyn slate roof, Brazilian mahogany double glazed windows/doors and Moelfre stonework to the front elevation and lounge fireplace. On visiting for the first time, it's striking how spacious the property is with the generous room sizes complimented by the quite spectacular views across open countryside to the panorama of the world renowned Snowdonia mountain range, a view that constantly changes throughout the seasons and really has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The property sits nicely within the plot and has a most attractive splayed stone wall/pillared entrance with double gates opening to a generous parking area providing space for several vehicles. The spacious entrance hall is most inviting with a cloakroom off and leads to a semi open plan dining room. A further door leads to the lounge with it's 'Moelfre' stone feature fireplace, matching display plinths and hardwood double glazed doors leading to the spacious double glazed conservatory with simply 'wow factor' views. The kitchen/Breakfast room again feels very spacious with its oak kitchen units, it's breakfast bar, 'Tarkett' quality timber effect flooring and built-in appliances (double oven, gas hob, fridge and dishwasher). Off the kitchen/breakfast room, there is a useful utility room where the combi LPG central heating/hot water boiler is located (Installed early 2016). Beyond the utility, is a shower room and side entrance porch from which there is a door leading to the impressive double garage. There are five bedrooms (one with an en-suite shower) plus a family bathroom with a four piece bathroom suite. If you are looking for a larger than average quality individual detached bungalow with the added benefit of a remarkable position and views, then we highly recommend early viewing as we anticipate a great deal of interest in this property.
