What attracted me most to this house was firstly the location, I love being able to walk into Broadstairs along the esplanade, and the beach at Dumpton Gap is lovely in the summer and doesn't get nearly as crowded as Viking Bay and Louisa Bay.

I also fell in love with the layout of the house. I love family get togethers and enjoy nothing more than entertaining in the kitchen whilst chatting with friends sitting around the table in the dining room overlooking the lovely garden. We use the space off the kitchen as a bedroom and sitting room meaning the front room is a real den to retire to in the evenings. I also love waking up to the sea view from the bedroom and dressing room! I hope the new owners enjoy this fantastic family home!
