We fell in love with this property the first time we saw it as the accommodation was exactly right for us. In addition, the ease of access to National Trust walks via Chalk Pit Lane and the proximity to the Howard of Effingham School meant we were surrounded by rural countryside, yet close to all the local amenities. Quite quickly we created large clean storage in both the loft and the garage to further increase the already generous space. Later, we landscaped the garden and added a conservatory improving the house's already light and airy feel and making our home even more welcoming. We hope that the lucky family who moves here has many years of happiness, as it's always been a very happy house for us. Good luck.
