We bought this house looking for somewhere smaller than our previous property but without compromising on the number of rooms and the spacious feel which we love.
The property is very versatile and we like the fact that the rooms allow us great flexibility around the way in which the house is configured.
Being able to walk to the High Street is a real bonus. We have always loved Banstead and the village has only got better over the years that we have been here. Being close to the village without having to compromise on parking is definitely a great feature. We have room to park at least three cars plus extra visitor parking.
