We have lived happily here for 18 years. The area is a great place to raise children. As the children have got older they have discovered a real sense of community around here with lots of activities for them to participate in. The bright lights of Brighton are only a short bus ride away and the regularity of the service means a night out can be achieved without the fuss of a taxi.
The road is really quiet and as a no-through road there is very little traffic. We have seen very few people move in the last few years on this road, people seem to stay a long time so they must like it here. We love taking the dog for a long walk over the Tye to Telscombe Village or over to Rodmell for a spot of Sunday lunch.
