I moved out of London as work brought me this way. I rented in the area for a while before committing to a purchase.
I liked the amount of space the house had and it suited my needs in terms of it's position for the town and for work.
Since moving in I have increased the loft insulation and the cavity wall insulation. I have also re-fitted both the bathroom and the shower room. The kitchen has also been re-fitted and the flooring throughout has been changed.
I'll miss the space in the property and the position, but with just me here I've decided it's time to move on.
