We purchased this property about 6 years ago as the house and the area ticked all of our boxes. We wanted something modern but close to all the local amenities.

We had a conservatory built off the kitchen/diner just to give us that little extra space on the ground floor. For Christmas and birthdays and other family gatherings we use the conservatory more than the actual lounge.
