What's it like living at Broadmoor Lane?
We have really enjoyed living at Broadmoor Lane – the cul-de-sac is really family friendly and we have enjoyed the apple orchard around the playground and the water stream. The playground itself is well-equipped and there are regular children’s activities and seasonal celebrations organised by local parents. The property itself has been fantastic; we benefit from solar power which is estimated to save an average of £200 on electricity bills and gives us free electricity all year round, even on cloudy days. The new, energy efficient gas heating system is fantastic and offers us a programmable thermostat and heating controls in every room, meaning we can heat the house accordingly to suit our needs. Having a young family ourselves, we have installed a new dishwasher which has been a welcome addition in our busy family household. We really hope that another family will enjoy the house as much as we have, and take advantage of the modern build, energy efficiency and fantastic neighbourhood that the property and the location offers.
