I have owned the property here in Aylen Road for some years now and it is a great place to live.
Unless you live down one of the Roads in Copnor leading to it or on Aylen Road itself you have no reason to go down the Road as it doesn’t back onto anything.

If I was going to keep hold of the house, the next thing I would be looking to do is exactly what both next door neighbours have done and create parking on the front with a dropped kerb, as there would easily be enough room for a couple of cars.
