Property description
Proudly standing in Folkestone's increasingly popular eastern side, only a stone's throw from cliff top views across the English Channel and a bustling harbour -which is without doubt the best place to enjoy the catch of the day; as far as location is concerned this property really has it all.
Inside, things just get better and better. Space is a common theme which is noticeable throughout the entire property. The kitchen/diner is colossal in size and presents itself as a fabulous environment to entertain friends and loved ones if ever hosting special events. Away from entertaining, it is also easy to imagine Sunday lunch around the dining table where the cook of the house won't be shut away in what is a very sociable layout.
The lounge incorporates what was once two rooms which ensures light floods in from both sides creating a very relaxing space where, come the end of the day, putting your feet up on the sofa and watching your favourite soaps will be high up on your agenda. The master bedroom, with its bay window which allows the light to cascade in and an ornate fireplace, set within a more than comfortable room size, will almost guarantee a good night's sleep. However, regardless of which room you end up sleeping in this should still be the case.

I purchased this property as an investment some time ago and have never had any problems renting it out. For me, I was always impressed by the sheer amount of space it offers throughout and the period features which really add some charm to my home.
The location is great as a short walk will take you down to the harbour where there is always something going on. Likewise, the beach is within easy reach as too is the Creative Quarter which really highlights Folkestone's artistic side.
