This is a really spacious home which is relatively low maintenance and a very quiet spot to put down roots.
We have enjoyed the convenience it offers to Emsworth as we can walk in on a nice day and the surrounding area is lovely with the coast just a few minutes walk away and the lovely West Sussex and Hampshire countryside right on our doorstep.
Emsworth is really friendly.
Since moving in we have replaced the kitchen and added new flooring to the living room. Its an easy house to live in and live from, with great neighbours too.
We hope the next owners get as much from it as we have.
