I bought the property with my daughter around four years ago now so that she had somewhere to live whilst working in Portsmouth without having to waste money renting somewhere.
It was great having all the extra rooms in the property as my daughter was able to rent these out to tenants to provide an extra income and to take care of the house whilst she was in the area.
The main reasons as to why we first brought the property was because of the utility room to the rear of the home, the en-suite shower to the master bedroom in the loft conversion and the downstairs cloakroom; these all have been perfect additions to the house.
Our only reason to now sell the property is because my daughter has become an aunty and she would like to be closer to her niece, back in Hedley.
