When we saw this house we were truly amazed at the space on offer. The house has all the advantages of a new build - warm even in the winter, low maintenance and thoughtfully laid out - but with a unique character. The private road has a close knit community and located behind Ditchling Road we don't hear any traffic noise and there's private parking for us and our guests.
