Property description

If you are looking for a family home in a peaceful location and still want to live somewhere convenient for amenities, this extended house in the village of Bean could well be the ideal home for you. The house has had a professional loft conversion so it now has 4 good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the top floor, is very spacious and it has the most fantastic view over open farmland which stretches out behind the garden. This beautiful view can also be enjoyed from bedrooms 2 and 3, which are on the first floor.

The whole house is very well presented and also has the advantage of having a useful downstairs WC and air conditioning. The location is very quiet due to it being a cul de sac and there is very little traffic. This makes it ideal for those with small children or pets to consider. Parking is not a problem either because there is a driveway to the front of the house and an en-bloc garage which is situated nearby.

The great thing about this location is how close it is for access for the motorways and amenities such as Bluewater and Darenth Valley Hospital. Commuter coaches pick up from a purpose built zone which is just a few minutes walk away from the property and there are a choice of stations, including Ebbsfleet International, within easy reach. Bean has an excellent primary school and there are numerous high performing senior/grammar schools also within close proximity.

What the Owner says:

We were immediately impressed with this house when we came to see it for the first time because the location is very peacefully and, at the same time, it is very easy to make use of the A2/M2 or the M25 from here.

The loft conversion provides us with lots of bedroom space and the view from the rear windows was the icing on the cake. This view changes with the seasons and it would be hard to find anywhere that has a nicer outlook. The garden is another nice feature of the house and in the summer time it feels very much like living in the countryside. The village has a nice pub and a useful shop and if you want a huge choice of shops and restaurants, Bluewater is literally 5 minutes away.
