We have owned our home for approximately 6 years now and in that time we have maintained the property to what we feel is a good standard throughout and recently we have created a 3rd bedroom in the loft to create that much needed living space.
One of the main things that attracted us to the house was the fact that it is within walking distance of both Barkingside and Newbury Park tube station, meaning we could take our pick of route to get into central London.
