Property description

Wow this superb family home has it all! Do you want to enjoy some of the best views in Woodingdean? Well look no further. Just imagine coming home after a hard day at work, kicking of your shoes, collecting a cold drink and making your way out to the back garden where you will be greeted, by what can only be described as stunning views.

For most people the views will be enough, but this large extended four bedroom home offers so much more than just those fantastic views. It has loads of room to spread out, with downstairs being particularly large, a really big lounge and dining room. It is a great place to have your family to visit, or maybe a party where you can invite friends as well.

Boasting modern decor, a fresh modern bathroom, stunning modern kitchen and a finish that’s first class, this home is really “ready to move into”. For those of you looking for spacious rooms, you will feel right at home here, with three large double bedrooms upstairs and a light and airy fourth bedroom.

From start to finish this home has those lovely touches that are only seen in homes where the owner has taken real pride and attention to detail. As soon as you pull up you will see this, with a smart driveway that has space for at least two cars and access to the integral garage.

This home must be viewed to really understand what it has to offer!!

What the Owner says:

Life has been wonderful here, we have seen our children grow up and now have the joy of grandchildren coming to visit us. As a family we really enjoy going for walks in the nearby Happy Valley park and when we were younger we would take a stroll down to Rottingdean village. Now as the years roll by, it's more likely that you will find us on the bus, which is so convenient and takes us in and out of Brighton.

When the children were younger they went to the local schools, which are really close by and only a short walk, or a five minute car ride away when it is raining! Our home is too big for us now and we want to move to be closer to our children, so it is time to move on and let another family enjoy our home as we have.
