We moved here from our first house and we looked at loads before we bought this one. As soon as we saw just how big it was we knew it would suit us. We even looked at more expensive houses and still didn't see anything as big.
In the summer we often just open the doors from the lounge to the balcony and sit looking over the garden. Our dog and our daughter love the garden as they enjoy running around a lot. The great thing is we feel safe with them doing that as we can watch over them.
For us area was important. We needed to be close to the motorway for work and it was important to be in Tunbury school catchment area, which this is. We have bought a house in Spain so we don't need a big house here now.
