We bought this house 7 years ago mainly due to the lovely location. We loved the fact it is in a small village with beautiful countryside right on your doorstep. It has been the ideal spot to bring up our children, a quiet, friendly hamlet with a real sense of community with an active village social club and excellent local pre-school.
There are plenty of footpaths and bridle ways nearby which is ideal if you have a dog, including Holmwood Common, Redlands Wood and Leith Hill. These along with the park/playground at the end of the road it provides ample outdoor space for the children to let off steam.
A job move means that we are now leaving the area and we hope the new buyers will enjoy living here as much as we have.
