Property description

When considering your next home, there are certain things that you will more than likely take into account when deciding what property to offer on.

One of the main reasons for choosing your home is more than likely going to include location. Sanderling Way is within the very popular village of Iwade and there are multiple reasons why this area is so popular with local buyers. Firstly if you have children then there is a highly rated village school to put your kids into and give them the best start in life. Also continuing the family theme, throughout the year the village puts on various parties for the kids during Halloween, Easter and Christmas and there is a local park to take the little ones out for a run around to wear them out. For Mum and Dad there is the local Woolpack pub, which is highly popular with local residence, at the end of the month there is a village market. For those who have a little bit more energy, then there are some fantastic cycling routes through the county lanes to get your heart pumping.

For those of us who unfortunately have to go to work, then the A249 is just moments away, you can also get into Sittingbourne or Kemsely station with easy, for a more relaxed approach there are coach pick up points in the village that will take you to London.

The home, in our opinion, is very spacious and well decorated throughout.

What the Owner says:

We have been here for almost eight years and within that time the home and the area has really lived up to our expectations.

Everyone has enjoyed going to the local nursery and school and we really have made the most of what the local community puts on for families.

In regards to the home we have recently redecorated throughout, but what we are particularly proud of is the solid oak flooring, it really has finished off the hallway and living room. We have added new carpets upstairs and fitted new doors to the ground floor as well, so the new buyer won’t need to worry about decorating for a while yet!
