The main reason for us choosing this house was the location and the garden, we saw a couple of properties on the estate and we could not consider any of the others after seeing this one, with the dog the walks on our door step were perfect and the garden was perfect. It will be a shame to leave really and we would not be considering it however a job relocation has made it necessary.
