I have lived here in Havant Road for nearly ten years now and have absolutely loved it here; the only real reason that I am moving now is that I really don’t need all the space that the house comes with anymore.
It’s a nice big family home and it's probably time that another family was able to enjoy it.
It's close to shops and bus routes, if you don’t drive, and I have spent money keeping it nice and up to date so the new owners should hopefully not have a lot to do to the house other than putting their own stamp on it.
