We loved the idea of moving to this development as it's small, giving it a village-like feel. Having a low-cost maintenance contract means the landscaping around the development and gorgeous 'protected' nature trail behind our back garden is taken care of. The advantage of being right near the Cuckoo Trail means we can go cycling in safety and even enjoy a picnic when the weather's good. Our small garden means we can enjoy time outside having bbq's or chatting with friends and family over a coffee without the need to be gardening all the time as it takes no time to keep neat and tidy. The house is really what blew us away, it was the first time we'd seen a house with so much square footage - it really is like a Tardis and we'll miss the fantastic lower ground floor!
