Property description
Original and quirky are both words that could be used to describe this lovely period home and if you need space then look no further then this 'Tardis' of a property. You could easily lose your bearings walking around and a game of hide-&-seek by the children, I dread to think how long it could last. And then we haven't even mentioned the large rear garden that you have as well.
The semi-rural village of Guston is only a few miles away from Dover town centre, what a wonderful tranquil place to raise the family. The house is surrounded by countryside and as such has some beautiful country walks, just imagine being able to let your children play in the local area and they could even take in the local wildlife.
This home has benefited from a loft extension, not only does it have a large lounge and dining room for those more formal occasions, you have also got a kitchen that is surely going to be the hub of the home where you can keep an eye on the kids whilst they do their homework and you prepare the evening meals. The bedrooms are all very good sizes with all four rooms being double bedrooms, you haven't got the dredged argument about who wants which room.
Outside there is plenty of off road parking as well as a garage so when guests and family come to stay they haven't got an issue where they are going to park their car. The rear is garden, with this, the only limitation is your own imagination!
What the Owner says:
We have been at the property for the last nine years and the main reason for purchasing the property was due to the size that it offered compared to others we had seen at t the time. Also, the location was a big factor, as you have the benefit of living in the rural life away from the hustle and bustle of town but if you do need to pop into town it is only a short drive away. If you don't drive you could always catch the bus. The garden we knew would be perfect for the kids as it gives them enough room to run around and burn off that ever lasting energy that only children seem to have. It has been very happy home and we wish the next owner has as many happy family memories as we have had ourselves here.
