We were very keen to find in this area of Folkestone as we knew it was an ideal environment to raise our children, and proximity to the local schools means that the children can walk to and from school making daily life that much easier. The handy bus service and friendly family orientated neighbourhood were a real plus point for us.
The large rear garden has been our favourite thing about the house, the children have loved running around out there and we have had parties of over 60 people here and there is more than enough room for everyone.
We always intended to convert the garage in to an extra bedroom or reception room if we weren't moving.
