We moved here as we completely fell in love with the location. It was an ideal position for schools and stood out to us as being peaceful and well looked after. The icing on the cake was the size of the garden and how it backed onto The Nower, that's when we knew instantly that this would be an amazing family home for us. Being a new home back then we haven't had to change too much but we have had some of the flooring replaced. One of the things we have loved about this house is the size of the landing as it really gives a feeling of space, it made us contemplate converting the loft into an extra bedroom. We have since decided against doing that as we knew we were looking to sell but someone could investigate like we did and create even more space.
