This will be the first time that we have put this house on the open market in over 20 years. It has been a superb family home and the location is just ideal for everything. The thing that has kept us here all these years is definitely the space it offers as compared to other houses, the extended layout has such good size rooms for family life. There's certainly scope for someone to really make their mark with this house and improve it and in recent years we even got approached by a local builder who wanted to buy the garages and try for development but we never got any further as we needed them for all our stuff! It could now be an avenue for someone else to explore though.
