Property description
If you're looking for an immaculate, extended family home that backs onto National Trust land then this could be the one for you as it ticks all those boxes! Within walking distance of Brockham, it's also well located for the school and everything the sought after village offers. If you enjoy entertaining, you will relish the size of the lounge and dining areas as they combine to make one impressive space which is ideal for get-togethers with family and friends. You can relax in style with your feet up or enjoy dinner with everyone at the table. The extended kitchen is a superb size and has been wonderfully designed with stylish units and fantastic granite work tops. Any budding chef will relish the space and light in here and it's a great space to get stuck into some recipes. The under-floor heating even keeps your feet warm when you make that first cup of coffee in the morning. The conservatory is the ideal place to escape to for lazy days overlooking the garden but would also make a great play room too. If you find yourself with a house full, you won't be short for space here with plenty of room for everyone to stay the night and easily room for a growing family. The large impressive bathroom has the perfect environment for that well earned soak or powerful wake up blast in the walk in shower. Likewise, the downstairs cloakroom used to be a shower room and could easily be changed back. Outside, you can fire up the barbecue and enjoy some al-fresco dining in the sunshine in the good size rear garden.
What the Owner says:
I've lived here for 22 years and can honestly say it's been the most amazing family home. It's always nice to wake up to the views I have here and it's definitely something I will miss. The house has changed a great deal since I've owned it with plenty of work having been done. I've had the double storey extension at the side and the single storey extension at the rear as well as the front porch added. I've also had a new kitchen and bathroom and redecorated throughout as well as transforming the garden. The outside studio can be used as an office or even a studio for people that work from home and the additional garage is great for extra storage or for anyone that likes to tinker. The two parking spaces at the rear make it really easy for parking too.
