It's fair to say it's an absolutely great place to bring up a family. My home is tucked away in a quiet spot yet a short stroll will take you along to the newsagent/general store and a fish and chip shop. Also within an easy walk you have a doctors surgery, dentist and the schools in nearby Teapot Lane range from an Infants School to a Sport College. A little further walk will take you to the rail station at Aylesford or the Retail Park with a Sainsburys supermarket.

I will be sad to leave my home but the timing is right to downsize to something smaller and enjoy my retirement.
