We bought this home a little over two years ago and have enjoyed it immensely. We love being able to walk out the front door and ramble around the downs not coming across any roads for miles.

Yes the A27 is behind us which was a consideration when we bought but we just don’t hear it anymore.

The house itself is big enough for when the whole family visits. If you don’t fancy cooking a Sunday roast then I would recommend The Woodman Arms, they do great food. We would have not been moving were it not for an exciting opportunity.
