Application feesIf you would like to proceed with an application to rent through Starkey&Brown, you can by completing our Application Form which will provide full details of the application process including fees, referencing procedures and other information relating to the proposed tenancy. The costs associated with your application will differ depending on the type of references required. However if your application is unsuccessful due to a bad credit check we will refund 50% of your application fee.However this will be forfeit if you do pass false or inaccurate information, if your reference results are unsatisfactory or decide not to proceed with your application for any reason. Our current application/administration fee's are all inclusive of VAT and if a Guarantor is required, there is an additional fee inclusive of VAT for each guarantor's application. All applications are subject to contract and satisfactory references and we reserve the right to decline an application.
