Description
Cobwebs is a well presented 4 bedroom property located in a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac in Crowborough, close to local junior and senior schools. The property offers plenty of living accommodation which can be adapted to the new owners' needs, good-sized bedrooms, a secluded rear garden and two external workshops.
Inside
The property opens into a spacious entrance hallway with understairs storage. The hallway leads to a generous sitting room with a natural stone fireplace and a large kitchen/breakfast room with separate utility room. The first floor also offers a separate dining room and a third reception room, which is currently used as a study but which would also make an excellent family room. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with its own en suite, three further bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate WC.
Outside
The front of the property is laid to lawn with sandstone edged beds and has a shingle driveway with sufficient parking for three vehicles. The rear garden is also laid to lawn, with various flower beds and a raised patio area. There are two spacious workshops, which are both connected to the mains, and a separate shed and wood store.
Area
Tanners Way is conveniently placed within easy reach of Crowborough's good local junior and senior schools. The town centre, with its excellent shopping facilities, is within walking distance. The larger spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is about 8 miles distance, while the bustling South Coast towns of Brighton and Eastbourne can be reached well within an hour's drive. A regular train service from Crowborough's mainline station offers trains to the City of London with plenty of parking opportunities available at the station.
