I have to say my current home will be a hard act to follow. The space alone is comparable to a Victorian terraced house, the garden is larger than the average garden locally, and the loft space is quite significant for further accommodation, if permission is granted from the necessary authorities. The location is so convenient, close enough to the seafront and central Hove, and just a short walk to Aldrington train station. Literally on my doorstep I also have access to local and High Street shops, trendy bars, fine eateries and takeaways. If I had to narrow down my likes for my home it would have to be the bright and spacious feel to it, the high ceilings and the coolness of the summer and the cosy warm feeling in the winter.
